The Site publishes daily sports predictions — currently for MLB, with additional sports (including college basketball) planned — covering moneyline, run line/spread, over/under, and similar bet types, generated using our proprietary modeling methods, along with historical performance tracking of those predictions. The Site is provided for news, informational, and entertainment purposes only.
Predictions, statistics, "confidence" tiers, records, and all other content on the Site (collectively, "Content") are the output of our proprietary modeling methods and do not constitute advice, guidance, or a recommendation regarding whether or how to bet, wager, or engage in any gambling activity. Any decision to wager based on Content is made entirely at your own discretion and risk. Past model performance does not guarantee or predict future results.
The Site describes Content using industry-standard sports-betting terminology — including "moneyline," "run line," "spread," "over/under," and "NRFI/YRFI" — solely because those terms are the conventional way to express the underlying sports outcomes our model evaluates (e.g., which team wins, by how much, or how many runs are scored). Use of this terminology is descriptive only. It does not mean the Site is affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating as a sportsbook, and it is not a suggestion, prediction of value, or inducement to place any wager of any kind, at any odds, with any operator. You should independently evaluate any wagering decision and are solely responsible for it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The System Analytics and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including any losses arising from wagers placed or gambling decisions made in reliance on Content — arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The System Analytics from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
